Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged if:
- The item received is incorrect.
- The item received has a manufacturing defect.
- The item received is damaged prior to delivery.
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Product must be unused.
- Product must be unwashed.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Product tags must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect color selection by customer.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
Return Process
Please contact our customer service team and provide:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by ELTAHJ.
